L’agression de l’Ukraine par la Russie, début 2022, a mis à nu les faiblesses de l’Occident et de la démocratie libérale…
Il serait simpliste de rejeter la faute de cette évolution sur quelques pays « voyous », des
dirigeants corrompus ou sur l’attitude malveillante de la Chine et de la Russie. Il semble plus
pertinent de s’interroger sur la part de responsabilité des USA et de l’Europe dans ce fiasco
et analyser ce qu’est devenue la démocratie libérale en Occident.
